Shimmering Green !

Playing around with the new shimmering inks from Diamine. I never liked the Green included, so I went to make a much darker green (my type of green)

I immediately started playing with Magic Forest..and I got myself a nice dark green now. I could post a pic.... but, is almost midnight and the picture will be horrible under artificial lighting. I did scan it... but again, only a proper pic can do it justice.

If you don't mind the scan below... I promise to take pics in the sun tomorrow. (If we get sun.. it was cloudy today)

The last mix was the best.... :P

ooooh murky

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

Create a Ghostly Avatar and I'll send you a letter. Check out some Ink comparisons: The Great PPS Comparison

Don't know where to start?  Look at the Inky Topics O'day.  Then, see inks sorted by color: Blue Purple Brown Red Green Dark Green Orange Black Pinks Yellows Blue-Blacks Grey/Gray UVInks Turquoise/Teal MURKY

I'd love that murky ochre colour........... without the shimmer ;-)

I realise I'm an outlier but I just find it distracting and irritating to read more than a few words written with any shimmery, glittery inks. A whole page written in shimmery ink would be my idea of @$*#*#.

LOL... That's ok... I am actually only interested in the Gold and Bronze.. (I was more into metallic colors than shimmering gel pens when I was a kid.. :P)..

But I have a teenage artist..and she will enjoy them...

P.S. Migo.. doesn't that look like Rikyu-Cha??.. Or Rikyou-Cha is darker??

I like your darker greens too. The lightest ochre reminds me of crocodiles in slow-flowing streams stained with leaves.

I love your vivid imagination in describing that color. LOL!

With the new FPN rules, now I REALLY don't know what to put in my signature.
