Captin Fountain Pen Ink

Dear Friends,

This is my first post on this forum. I love writing with fountain pens and have a few of them.

Today,I added today to my collection an old bottle of Ink - Captin ink. This ink is from the Maharana Industries Bangalore. I checked with a few old stationary shops in Avenue Road,Bangalore and only Information that i got was that this company has shut down its operations quite a few years back.Apart from this there were a few other brands from Bangalore like iris, brank, quink (later became Chelpark)

I would request members here to share their views and relevant information about this company or its inks.

Pretty interesting ink. Looks much different than Chelpark and Bril royal blue. The bottle too is quite interesting to look at, it has designer grooves which we don't see a lot in Indian made ink bottles. How old is the bottle btw?
