These pens look so good. I haven't decided what material to get though. I'm thinking between Zirconium and Damascus Steel with a Titanium Nib.

Those who hurt me were not only someone else,

but also those who pretended not to notice. It was my friend.

I wanted the Damascus but ended up going with the copper finial and section.

I have his first gen of RB's from Kickstarter.

I'm Will Hodges, the guy behind Tactile Turn. Let me know if any of you have any questions and I'll try to keep an eye on this thread.

Glad to help -- all part of my fiendish plan to see more fountain pen Kickstarters. ;)

Now for the hard part: deciding between Copper and Damascus Steel!

Just backed the solid titanium with a 14 kt gold nib. I love titanium's properties. Looks like $7,000 is needed to be fully funded. I must say the all copper one was tempting.

Under $6,000 to go. Statistically, according to Kickstarter's data, the project's at least 90% likely to succeed. ;)

I think we will reach the goal and go way past it, which is great because I have my eyes on a lathe and a laser engraver that will allow me to do stuff no one else can outside of MAYBE Conid. The project has only been up for 2.5 days ... time to start ordering materials and get this show on the road. The best part of any Kickstarter is being able to show progress and really show people that their pens are coming together. I can almost feel the anticipation and putting in lots of hours to get them ready is extremely satisfying.
