Thanks for the update. I sent you a PM regarding the shipment of Jowo screw in nibs you have been expecting and that I wish to choose from.

Thanks for the update. Did you get the shipment of Jowo screw in nibs so that we can choose?

You can buy Nauka, with any JoWo nib. Please mention the nib width in comments while checking out cart. I will take care of it.

I have already bought the pen and paid for it. I now need to select and pay for the nib unit. Please see my PM to you. Thanks much.

I just checked the website and it does not show any JOWO nib units available.

EDIT: Oops! Noted post above saying to indicate JOWO nib size in "comments" at checkout for new buyers.

Great looking pen, Noihvo.

Yes. This group buy is over, but you should be able to buy one on the ASA site soon. Email ASA.

Hi all!

Please help me to choose the M nib. Schmidt or Jowo. Schmidt is cheaper, but i dont know why?

Thanks.

The Schmidt nibs are excellent performers, smooth and consistent and start every time, even after weeks of non-use. Mine are all F, but that's a personal preference. I tried an M once and except for finding it too broad, its characteristics were the same. Can't go wrong!

So? which one to choose ?

Depending upon your liking for wetness you can choose between Schmidt and jowo. As already mentioned Schmidt is more wet.

To me Schmidt is better looking and is branded too (Schmidt engraved). Jowo is not branded. Only iridium point Germany Is engraved. So Schmidt looks good to me.

They are similar but note that they are different sized, for example generally, a #6 standard nib will not fit into a section designed for a schmidt nib. However any #6 nib will fit into a JoWo nib section, so you can replace it with your Goulet Nib, your FPR flex #6, etc. Shmidt nibs are pretty smooth also so it depends on what your general usage is
