FWIW, I was just able to order a Nauka at the group buy price. Which pleases me very much -- I feared I was too late as well.

I'm placing my order at the ASA pens website, but they are requesting a coupon code. I'm a registered user but have not seen the coupon code in this thread. Can anyone tell me where that is?

In case you face an issue still, pks PM me here or write to me at unik.services@hotmail.com

This makes me happy, because I had forgotten about the deadline last week and ended up placing my order (4268) yesterday morning. Thank you very much.

Hi Everyone,

I am enclosing a picture of the branding on the pen.

This is after considering all discussions and suggestions, here and outside.

The idea is to ensure :-

  1. Make it most discreet
  2. Not do it in barrel, so that the streamlined look of barrel is not effected
  3. To remove Pens and say only ASA
  4. Keep it at type-writer font, small in cap (near lip).

I hope you will like this.

Regards

Subramaniam

To be honest, I don't quite care for that.

If it has to be that way, then it should be on the opposite side of the clip or underneath it.

I would most definitely like to see 'India' being mentioned, with the year of manufacture being optional.

It is nice looking but will be nicer if engraved below clip aligned centrally to centerline of the clip IMO.

Being a vintage pen design, I would have prefered it to be on the body as seen on some vintage pens. Leaving the cap for engraving the name.

However, since that will not happen, I would prefer to have ASA NAUKA under the clip and INDIA on the opposite side of the cap.

I too would prefer the engraving to be on the body but I'm not too troubled by it to be honest. I would reaaaally like it to say India though, it's a touch I personally appreciate to see on my Asa Pens.

I like it. I ordered clipless, so the position is not important to me...

I also like it. I think there are two options... make that three:

1. ASA Nakua on the opposite side of the clip

2. ASA Nakua under the clip

3. ASA Nakua either under the clip, or opposite, with India (year optional?) on the other side...

I would like to go for option 2 and India on opposite side without year engraved
