It seems that the option of a JoWo F nib is gone on ASA's site, only the 1.1 is left there. I tried to reach Sub via email but he was probably too busy finishing the phase 1 pens to reply me yet.

 

Any idea if the JoWo F nib is available?

 

Edit: Just got news from Sub that JoWo F is available, but only in polished steel instead of dual-toned.

Hello again, Mr Subramaniam:

 

I think some engraving is OK and understandably necessary from the maker´s point of view, but we customers probably prefer the most subtle one: shallow and reading only "ASA Nauka" ??? And definitely not so prominent as seen on the Galactic, where the engravings fill such a big part of the pen.

I just wanted to add my 2 cents in to this group buy (even though I've already ordered 2 of these). I just got my Asa Daily in the mail a few days ago that I had ordered before I put my hat into the ring for 2 Naukas and I'm very much enjoying it. The size of the pen and the quality are top-notch. It looks beautiful and the nib writes perfectly. No affiliation at all, but I'd highly recommend Asa Pens.

Some stock of Jowo Polished Steel in F,M and B are available...option will be updated in next 24 hrs..

Finish would be Glossy..only Black is available in Matt finish.

 

Dark brown and light brown stock is over. Bluish Green is available.

Rod no 5 in F Schmidt nib unit

Rod no 8 in F Schmidt nib unit.

Both with clip

 

Now have to wait patiently till Mr. Subramanian makes and ships the pens. That's most difficult part. Thanks.
