...saw those at yesterday's Tilburg Penshow (see right side of the picture).

Unfortunately I was not able to find any information about it yet.

Cheers

as far as digging the company I know their permanent inks arent meant for FP use

they are meant for more traditional non pen media

However they have Document inks

which I assume should be german named dokumentus

colors Green Brown and Black

Magenta Darkblue and Lightblue

I found this during my inky search regime good thing you brought it up

sold by hogadou pen gallery

like all document inks handle with good pen hygiene you should be good as for reviews... either I havent seen one in person

like kiwaguro, seiboku and storia inks they are pigmented so as usual take care with good pen hygiene as always and are safe for FP use

as is so said by Kingdom Note who also sells the inks but currently out of stock

The data I have from the company says that they are designed for fountain pens, in fact for comfort of writing using them in a fountain pen.

If I get around to it, I'll post all 4 pages tonight.

I already ordered all 6 inks. They come in at around 18 Euros for a 50-ml bottle instead of about 4 Euros for the 18 usual colours. For 17.50 and 3.50, you might want to check out here and here. AUNA.

I too am curious about these inks after seeing them mentioned on another site (and then immediately searching FPN and finding this thread). If you've had a chance to use them, I would love to hear your impressions -- especially about the blues. Any shading? Also are these pigmented inks?

Many thanks for all the info you've already posted!

Wait, what? DIN ISO 12757-2 instead of the ISO 14145-2 which those few Montblanc inks have? Why? Is ISO 12757-2 more known because plenty of ballpoint refills conform to it?

You do not have a right to post. You do not have a right to a lawyer. Do you understands these rights you do not have?

Kaweco Supra (titanium B), Al-Sport (steel BB).

Parker: Sonnet (dimonite); Frontier GT; 51 (gray); Vacumatic (amber).

Pelikan: m600 (BB); Rotring ArtPen (1,9mm); Rotring Rive; Cult Pens Mini (the original silver version), Waterman Carene (ultramarine F)

asa far as I know not all BP inks conform to ISO 12757-2...

No, they do not, which is why I used word "plenty". Maybe I should have used "some"...

From what I have around here right now Schmidt P 900, Pelikan 337, Parker Quinkflow and even Ballograph refills are ISO 12757-2.

Schneiders (atleast most of them) have the standard according to their site.

Too bad Schmidt doesn't bother mentioning on their website about any, including that P 900, having ISO 12757-2.

That doesn't answer the question about why MB and Rohrer & Klinger have different standards. Ah well, guess the answer is "because".Wonder when someone will use ISO 27668-2 for fountain pen ink.

Aren't the Super 5 permanent inks made by R&K? Those seem to have disappeared. I wonder if this is their second chance?

Fountain pens forever and forever a hundred years fountain pens, all day long forever, forever a hundred times, over and over Fountain Pen Network Adventures dot com!

Has anyone used these inks? Impressions? There is at least one vendor in the USA now.

I am curious about the ink chemistry. Is it pigmented, or does it use some other chemistry (like Noodler's)? Same question goes for Mont Blanc's permanent blue and permanent black.

Hi,

as far as I know, the Montblanc permanent ink are only iron-gall inks; similar to the "Salix" and "Scabiosa" from R&K.

The point is... Which one are the differences between the "standard" inks from R&K, the iron-gall and the new "Dokumentus" inks?

Hi,

Montblanc midnight blue (old): dye/iron gall

Montblanc midnight blue (new): dye

Montblanc permanent: pigments

R&K Schreibtinte: dye

R&K Salix/Scabiosa: dye/iron gall

R&K dokumentus: pigments

The Super 5 is made by R&K, but as calligraphy ink.

Best regards,

Thomas

I have these inks, I'' start to review them next week. They're really good. Much better than DeAtramentis Document inks. I've been using SUper 5 Delhi ink in two pens since few months, it happened few times I left the pens uncleaned for some time and everything works fine.

I wouldn't use pigment inks in my FP's. I am happy to stick with dyes.

What do you see as being problematic with pigment inks?

I'd love to see your review. I have been using the DeAtramentis Document Fuchsia but the other inks I've tried in that line have too much spread.
