Can Someone Id This Wearever

Can someone ID this Wearever I scored for cheap on eBay. I'm currently in the process of restoring it. The pens seems to be made of celluloid and it is faceted with 8 sides. And is a flat top. Lever filler. Screw on cap.

Length capped: 5"

Length posted: ~5-3/4"

 

Cap:

Length: 2-3/16"

Width: 1/2"

 

Barrel:

Length w/ section & nib: ~4-7/16"

Length w/o section & nib: 3-5/16"

Width: 7/16"

 

Section:

Length: 1/2"

Width at thinnest point: 11/32"

 

Nib: #4...?? Stanles GP steel

 

If anyone can help me ID this I'd appreciate it.

I think you are right. The lack of that caged nib was really throwing me off until I discovered that the nib it came with was a custom ground right oblique stub. I originally thought it was a broken nib and I decided to look up how to grind a stub (I thought "well since its tipping broke off I'll grind a stub out of it) and an idea hit and a second inspection of that nib revealed it was an stub.
