Just got a Graf von Faber Castell Intuition Platino, M nib. Very classy, and a good writer!

Will use it in the office today: lets see if it survives...

I'm working at the inexpensive end of the market - a Platinum Preppy in red for marking pupils' work and a grey Lamy Safari. Oh yes - and a broad Lamy nib which I'm not sure about. I'm beginning to think my smallish handwriting needs a finer nib so as not to have filled in 'e' and 'o'. Super fast delivery - ordered yesterday afternoon and arrived this morning.

I bought a Cross Townsend - Medalist (M), Lamy Safari - Vista (F) and a Hero 221 over the last couple of weeks. All of them are great writers but I prefer the feel of the Lamy the most.

I am looking forward to replacing the nib on my Waterman Hemisphere. I really want to get it repaired but am not able to find any place in Delhi which will do a good job.

A Sailor HighAce Neo with a fine nib with the blue barrel. A very nice pen for the price, will start bringing it to work and putting it through the paces. :)

Esterbrook 'J' Skunk with AAA logo!

Ironically I thought it would need a sac, but as it turns out the sac (the original Esterbrook marked sac) was in good shape, the J-bar is broken... :headsmack:

A Montblanc Boheme Arabesque, which actually arrived yesterday, but I've been using it all day and really enjoying the experience. It's quite weighty but not in an uncomfortable way.

Also a second Monte Verde Fantasia (that I am actually using instead of displaying in the pretty box) and I can't help wondering why more people haven't reviewed this pen, the nib is beautiful, so smooth. I wonder who makes the nib for them?

Received my Noodler's flex pen yesterday and totally had fun playing with my new Goulet ink samples in that pen. Feels way lighter than what I'm used to or prefer, but the nib's fun factor makes up for the featherweight.

In my penwrap: Visconti Opera Master Clear Demo; Visconti Van Gogh Maxi in Musk Green; Visconti Art Nouveau; Pilot Decimo LE in Sparkly Red; Pilot M90; TWSBI Diamond 540 ROC100

I love the smoothness of my Parker Frontier (fine nib) as compared to the scratchiness of my Lamy Safari (fine nib), but I like the line width of the Lamy. So, to continue the addiction, I stopped at Paradise Pen and bought a Lamy Al-Star, blue, medium nib.

I suppose buying a nib would get me there, too, but really...

I just got some Pirre Paul pens and some random no name Chinese pens. I was worried about those, because they weren't even supposed to be the good Chinese pens. They are tiny, but the nib is so smooth and delicious! :cloud9:

I happened to be in Manhattan yesterday and stopped by the Art Brown Pen Fair. Talk about a kid in a candy store feeling. There were too many pens that I wanted but I did buy a Sailor 1911 with a 21kt Exxxxtttrrraaa fine nib. I have never used a nib so fine . WOW.

The Sailor rep for this region was an awesome guy. Very informative and spent a lot of time with me.

Picked up another Lamy, the Ruby Red AL-Star with the 1.1mm nib. Picking up a bottle of Noodler's Black Swan in Australian Roses tomorrow to fill it with. Tested it already with Naples Blue and I'm rejoicing in having that style of nib again.

Pilot Custom 823 with a FAlcon nib :puddle:

It is an awesome pen, but not (yet!) as flexible as the Mabbie Todds and Eversharps that I have.

All the best,

Rommel

The postal worker delivered a Sheaffer Imperial II deluxe piston filler in grey. It has a fine nib. I have a Sheafffer 100 that arrived 2 days ago that I'm not sure I mentioned. Now I need to make or buy a pen storage unit of some sort.

My new Visconti Art Nouveau and a traveling inkpot as a companion, courtesy of the fabulousness that is Bryant.

Also, more ink samples from the Goulets. :P This discovery of ink sampling is addictive...
