My Pelikan Souveran 800 arrived today. I purchased it from Melpens on Thursday and I'm impressed with the shipping time.

I ordered a M nib but received a F. I'm not overly worried as the F nib is a beautiful writer. I have filled it with Iroshizuku Tsuki-Yo and am impressed with both pen and ink.

A large Aurora 88 with an M nib: my first Italian pen and my first non-Italic, medium nib. Finally, a second pen I don't have to post. (The other is a Duofold Centennial.)

I've been taking it for a test drive for about an hour and am beginning to get what people mean about Auroras having a bit of tooth. You can put me on the list of users who like the feedback.

The liberty of the press is indeed essential to the nature of a free state; but this consists in laying no previous restraints upon publications, and not in freedom from censure for criminal matter when published. Every freeman has an undoubted right to lay what sentiments he pleases before the public; to forbid this, is to destroy the freedom of the press; but if he publishes what is improper, mischievous or illegal, he must take the consequence of his own temerity. Yay! FINALLY! i got my rotring 600 EF Nib fountain pen with the knurled grip! Saying that i overpaid would be an understatement, but still the pen is so good, just made me forget about it.

Heavy and smooth, it's brilliant for some casual sketching. The 14 years old finally over!

an '85 MB 146. Will ink it once the kids are down for the night - it's all about how it writes!

I just got my Lamy Safari today. A good first step for a poor college student (I don't really count the Pilot Varsity).

I got a OnLine Phönix model College Series. Also bought my first set of international standard cartridges (Only have a Lamy at home) in Pelikan Brilliant Green.

This is a cheap pen (15$CDN) that i can use for other colors whenever i feel like it.

One of the pens I had been wanting for a very long time, A Lamy Studio (L65) with a fine, was hoping I could find a Medium nib, but they were sadly out of stock, so no luck this time. Hoping I'll thoroughly enjoy this pen.

'39 Vacumatic with a '36 Canadian nib; a stub, my first of both.

Ransom Bucket cost me many of my pictures taken by a poor camera that was finally tossed. Luckily, the Chicken Scratch pictures also vanished.
