My 9yo son - got his first FP a Parker Frontier Luna with convertor. He's now asking for a nice pen case to go with it and I saw this.....

After grooving on some of the posts here, and feeling like the little bee girl in that video "No Rain" by Blind Melon, I went to isellpens.com and dropped some paypal cyber-green on a Haolilai #601F ($18.99) and a Kaweco Sport (green, and I got the gold clip for $1.99). I also scored a few Private Reserve Spearmint and Black Velvet carts.

 

Thanks to all who post and share info here - I've found it invaluable, and I'm sure I'll be frequenting, if only to lurk...

 

Now, I just have to be patient for 5-7 days...

Well, no fountain pens. But...

 

I cruised one of our local antique emporiums and tripped across a 60s looking Cross 14kt gold Century set in the original presentation box, complete with polishing cloth, and (something of a bizarre fetish for me) one of the old chrome Centuries with the engraved gripping section, also in the box with papers. So, I'm happy...

Two inexpensive good writers - a Pilot Pluminix and a Schneider Base. Spent a nice sunny day n the North Laines of Brighton and had a good shop in Pen to Paper. Nice shop - online presence as well.

My graduation gift, a Binderized Pelikan Blue striated M405, F nib (though it writes like an incredibly wet medium-broad). Switched the nib out for my M100's Black EF CI 0.4mm nib, and I'm using the M100 as an oversized nibholder for the M405's nib now LOL

Just bought a Pelikan M205 demonstrator today.

My first ever demonstrator.

I find it real cool.

I received two Wality pens from Retrodesk.com, a 52 piston fill, and the 70D eyedropper. I put Noodler's black in them and both wrote perfectly right out of the box. Best $30 I have spent in a while.
