Finally, today, after 2-1/2 years of waiting, I got my grail pen...a Visconti LE Titanium Skeleton. My quest is at an end. :)

Light blue Prera with m nib from Jetpens. I have a couple of fine-nibbed Prera fps, but the m nib is much, much smoother. Filled it up with Diamine Mediterranean Blue.

I have just received my first set of pens serviced by Danny Fudge at the 'Write Pen' and I am delighted with the results.. My Sheaffer Snorkel is perfect and writes like a dream now. My Parker Duofold AF was serviced and the nib adjusted to write smoothly and boy does it write smoothly now !

Lastly I acquired a couple of Unique's which were new unused so sent them to Danny for new sacs and a service. They are superb now and too frightened to use them now *laughs*..

Great job, great service and I will definitely be using Danny again in the near future with my Carene, my mothers PFM need a service and a couple of others.

Thanks Danny !

A Sheaffer of unknown make (at time of this writing). My best guess is a Craftsman. Pics also posted in the Sheaffer forum to get a positive ID. Touchdown fill system with good sac, and Feather Touch 5 nib.

(Edit: Upon further investigation, it appears to be a Cadet)

I did not actually get it for the first time today, but I found my Platinum Preppy eyedropper loaded with Kung te Cheng ink, in between the center console and driver's seat of my Highlander, when I was waiting at a drive-through for some coffee. I have looked all over it for months, having misplaced/lost it within two weeks of receipt. Unsurprisingly, since it is, after all, an eyedropper, it wrote instantly, as soon as touched to paper.

I forgot how much I like this ink, which is a whole different story.

A metal no-name pen with a Minka nib and a red Sheaffer school pen with silver cap. My grandpa got both of them for a dollar at a flea market.

I'd rather spend my money on pens instead of shoes and handbags.

An Gilbert & Blanzy-Poure aluminium drafting pencil and ballpoint pen set in a "Schlumberger" gift box and an Orienta German piston fill fountain pen. The pen and pencil are identical to this one.

Today I received a vintage red Sheaffer Admiral snorkel from David Nishimura. Never had one before. I love that snarky snorkel mechanism.

Indeed it's beautiful...but nothing beats the feeling I get when I put the nib to test.....Inkflow was so smooth right from the box....
