What are you making of the Tombow? I really like the look of that one.

Thus far (all of a day), I really like it. It really is a beautiful thing, it has a nice smooth nib, and the carbon fibre feels good in your hand. J-san's review mentions that shape of the section might worry some: I find that I hold the pen up on the carbon fibre, so it isn't an issue for me.

Lamy 2000, XF nib.

This thing... It's amazing.

There is absolutely no possible way any pen could ever be any smoother, or the size any better, or the weight any better. It's pen perfection.

Delta Dolce Vita OS with fine nib, courtesy of Pam Braun. The pen is absolutely gorgeous. It's my poor man's MB Hemingway. Can't wait to ink this bad boy.

Please don't encourage me to obtain any more pens. :)

Thanks. I'd not seen that review, but I definitely think I'll be getting one of those.

A Hero 590 chrome that doesn't work. Leaks badly. ugh. Vendor is very kindly sending a replacement that I'll have to wait for. And this was my first FP :crybaby:

Not today, but 2 weeks ago I got a Sheaffer Legacy, black lacquer with Palladium-plated cap that has a broad gold cap band. It has an incredibly smooth, medium Sheaffer inlaid nib, and writes BEAUTIFULLY.

Thanks to Todd at ISELLPENS.COM (usual disclaimer) for a great price and wonderful service

Today I became the proud owner of a near-perfect Waterman Nº 7 "Ripple" with a Pink nib. I've never seen a better Nº 7, and with a Pink this one absolutely roolz.

2 days ago, actually, received back the Conklin S3 slip cap crescent filler I sent out some months ago to Joel Hamilton for some TLC. It isn't a perfect pen, but it sure is looking a lot better than when it went out! Has a nice new sac, cracked nib has been replaced, it's been polished up (most all the oxidation came off with polishing and no reblackening), the original pen clip looks nice and shiny, and it had a new cap band added to help prevent a couple of tiny cracks from expanding or getting worse since they can't really be repaired. The pen really does look beautiful, now. Into the Twain Collection it goes for my friend's doctoral gift next spring!
