It has happened to me.

Take a metal paperclip and bend it straight.

Burn the tip of the paperclip with a lighter so that it becomes hot.

Push it inside the barrel and poke the stuck plastic cap. The heat will melt the plastic and you will have the colored cap pinned to the paperclip.

Carefully remove the paperclip. It should drag the plastic cap with it.

So to anyone who encounters the same problem take a partial empty ink refil (plastic only) and heat it until the ball tip melts and when the ink starts to burn immediately put it inside the pen and wait for 15sec and try to remove it the same happened to me and I was able to pull it out quite easily good luck

I think that the paperclip or a pair of alligator forceps would be a better idea.   Or a long sheetrock screw.
