  My impulse buy was another teal Geha cartridge pen. This one comes with 2 cartridges and a metal 2 cartridge holder that goes in the barrel. I never knew they had those in there.  The pen itself is in much better condition than the one I have.

  Funny how things stick in your brain for years afterwards. My mom always had the TV on, and if it wasn’t some Spanish telenovela it was syndicated sitcoms. Geha pens are spectacular, from their cheapest steel long tined school pens to their finest gold beauties. If I find one at a good price, I usually buy it.

Oh you FPNers! Did you make me do this or do I just have a morally flawed character...just ordered a Maiora Alpha Aurum LE 14k stub. Total impulse. On sale. I’ve been shopping Auroras and Pilot 743s for weeks then I hit the button on a brand and pen totally new to me. I sure hope I like it. It looks elegant in some photos, gaudy in others.
I don’t know about you, but I keep buying cheap(Jinhaos) or used pens(eBay, Parker 45s), which is supposed to be frugal and smart. But as I look over my collection of small cheap pens I don't love, the expensive, new LE thoughts build up inside me like a dammed river.

My collection is pretty small, maybe 20 pens. One for each ink-stained finger...

Ordered this yesterday while just looking for a price on a different pen that I have.

The Long Blade nib is what enticed me plus, having bought a number of pens from this supplier, I have found them to be very reliable for good quality stuff.

The pen should arrive today!

There was a big sale recently, so I decided to get the new Parker 51 Plum.   I really like it, but this one has a screw-on cap, and I am used to a press on cap with my 51s.

I just added a really cheap blue 360° nib pen to a Sanrio notebook order from Aliexpress. I’ve been interested in these trident types for a bit and haven’t had a chance to try one. I have a Parker 180 it sort of reminds me of.

Good grief, FPN strikes again.  I have been good about not buying pens between pen shows, but two different threads on Asvine pens did me in. Just ordered a P20 and P36.  More when they show up.

Just bought a NOS Pelikan Level L65 set (red cap, fine nib). Maybe one day I'll manage to curb the impulse to nab 'em when I see 'em.

I bought another Platinum pocket pen, this one a turquoise with an inlaid 14k F nib and frosted metallic cap. In my defense, I was just looking and my enabler husband said it looked like a nice stocking stuffer. I hit that “buy it now” button so fast.

Osmiroid. i was looking for Easy Change nib units and saw a #65 set... then still ordered a few EC nibs as well. So now I will be looking for a more modern pen for the 65 nibs.  And still no sketch nib for either pen. Rabbit hole, no way, it's a whirlpool.
