Introducing The Grappa Collection! Coming Soon!

Recommended Posts

A CULT tribute to this distinguished palate delicacy as well as to the homeland of both the beverage and our company itself,

this homely collection turned out to be a break-through phenomenon in the industry.

Innovative for its steampunk design and local-roots idea, it is already setting up a trend on the market.

The hand-made hammered copper body and the stainless-steel trim, culminating into a cork cap top, are as fantastically uncommon for a writing instrument as only Montegrappa can be.

The Grappa collection will be offered as a fountain or a rollerball pen, limited to the Montegrappa’s foundation year-number 1912 for each of the two modes.

The Grappa fountain pen is fit traditionally with a customized 18k gold nib, and is both cartridge or converter-fed.

Montegrappa delivers the Grappa collection in exclusively designed boxes, as much impactful as the product itself, with the writing instrument to be exhibited within a real blown-glass grappa bottle!

These are beyond awesome! Not a big Montegrappa fan but I'd certainly consider these.

Seconded!

Any idea what the price tag will be?

After working up a good lust for a great looking "Arts & Crafts" pen (showing MY age since "steam punk" is not really part of MY vernacular) I m afraid I thought to check KENRO's site for a "price check"............

$2995.

Perhaps I will enjoy "reading" about this beauty.

Yikes! It's a beautiful pen, but if it costs three thousand bucks I'll have to wait for a sale -- a major sale. ;)

Yes I'm being persnickety, but they aren't going to be making grappa, or anything else, in a still with no burner under it's pot. Gah, if you're going to set up an ad, put all the pieces in place for it.

Such carelessness doesn't give a particularly good impression of the company. And that impression is certainly not helped by the overblown and egotistical prose, either. (I know, this is the company that subjected the world to Chaos, so what was to be expected?)

I am a Montegrappa fan, having two of them. The style is unique in my collection. The cut/curves have a sensuality reminiscent of romance. These do look beautiful.

thank you

This is absolutely gorgeous - I'm a sucker for copper - but I fear I'd need to sell a kidney to afford it!

Keep an eye out, we are always having sales!!

Bassano del Grappa is not only the city where Montegrappa is located (since its foundation), but it's also where the main producers of grappa are located. There is also a Museum of grappa! :)

(Grappa is a sort of Italian brandy, usually transparent).

The city and the liquor took their name from the near mountain, Monte Grappa.

I published an article in my Blog about grappa's origins and connections with the pen, which recalls the distillery's equipment in details and materials: Grappa by Montegrappa – an ode to Italian brandy

Just saw this pen in person at Paradise Pen South Coast Plaza California. Just an amazing pen. Nice hefty weight. Amazingly creative design and the best packaging I've ever seen. The most eye catching pen design I haven seen in some time. Work of Art.

I would consider this if I would be the sort of person who likes Thomas Kinkade paintings or a gold plated phone.
