I've been curious about these pens, too. I would love to see a review.

Well, perhaps I'll pick one up and offer my rookie impression.

Cheers

ohh wow... pent huh... of course these are hand turned pens so yes... interesting that I would see some interests here... sadl I couldnt get my hands on them :< sold by pen-house I would assume no?

IIRC some of the pens in these series is made by onishi seisakusho who is the "successor" to the kato seisakusho brand

Can't tell what the nib is made of. 14K? or steel.

I knew I should have studied Chinese and Japanese rather than French in High School!

Yes, sold by Pen-house, found on rakuten. The onishi's are sweet too. I think I'll get one next week.

As far as I can tell, it's a steel nib manufactured by Schmidt. I have no experience with this nib, I'm really new to the Fountain pen world.

They look like steel gold coated nibs.

I have two pens with Schmidt nibs.

I like them. They are rigid, but with a little elasticity. Nice

Hello!

I think this wiII be my next purchase...I cannot stop thinking about it.

hehe

By the way, spent about 6 months in Western Europe in '05...Fréjus, Côte d'Azur was my favorite place.

Hi! I have bought two pens of this model, in orange and green forest. They have Schmidt steel nibs and are wonderful writers. I'd say these are the smoothest steel nibs I've ever had. The pens look like really awesome. Well finsihed, nice colors, well balanced. Really perfect.

When you translate the page it says the nib is steel.
