The pen in rotation today Ranga Zeal in Matte finish Red-Yellow Ripple ebonite with Matte finish Acrylic. Using the same inked with Pilot Iroshizuku Yama-Budo.

And inspiration for today comes from one of the most iconic Architect of our times, Zaha Hadid. She was the first woman to win Pritzker Award.

Nice bakul finish on that pen!

I'm curious to know how you have that ink on the nib. Is the pen burping ink out? Or did you just dip the nib in the ink bottle?

Thanks! The pen was modified to accept Pelikan M200/400/600 nib units by hari317. I have two other pens modded by him, a Deccan Advocate and an Airmail 69EB, both great pens! The Pelikan nib/feed is very good at controlling ink flow in an eye dropper pen, so the risk of burping is very small, i.e., it hasn't happened to me yet.

Had some fun with my ASA Patriot with flex nib, taiwanese feed, sleeve and converter.

Apologies in advance for the atrocious picture quality.

Yes, the Patriot is very well proportioned and the Jowo nib and Schmidt converter perform impeccably, though the converter needed an initial detergent flush inside. It seems there was some piston-gasket grease on the inner walls, causing initially a high surface tension that interfered with flow. Now there are no issues with the pen at all, except perhaps the cap needing too many turns to screw on all the way (a very minor point!)
