I have collected FP's for 46 years, but only recently with the help of the internet, has my passion taken on a new dimension. I enjoy stubs, and I still looking for the ultimate stup FP. My recent purchase on e bay a 1.3 stub Visconti Homo Sapiens is dissapointing as the 23 K nib is too flexible for me. I did have Greg Minuskin stub a few of my Parker 51's and they r great, but I know that there r other stub FP's out there.

Can anyone recommend the ultimate stub FP ??

Welcome, Luigi !

I think you are on the right track. Have someone make the right stub for you.

Welcome.

Anyone like Ray Bradbury? Please read "The Laurel and Hardy Love Affair" if you have about 12 minutes.

Hi Luigi,

Only you know whether your ultimate stub is truly attainable (I always like to leave room for a bit better ;)), but I'm sure you'll find a lot of knowledge here on how to go about looking for it!

Welcome!

Hi Luigi. Greetings and a warm welcome to FPN. Glad you've joined up with us; it's great to have you here. I am enjoying my Pelikan M400 with a custom stub by Pendelton Brown (no affiliation, just a very satisfied customer). Best of luck.

Welcome from Israel. I hear that Goulet Pen has some great stub nibs.
