Sweet nib! Glad I can spread the sickness hobby.

That Deep Dark Orange makes me want to place an order with Cult pens. :D

I had the nib ground by Art van Haselen in Texas. When he's not too busy, he can turn a dull nib into something amazing!

And Deep Dark Orange is one of the best inks I own. It never fails to surprise me in a good way!

No writing sample of the TWSBI, but just wanted to share my new pen holder for the current pen of the week! It was a gift from my partner, and I love it so much :D

Pen is TWSBI 580al with Diamine Turquoise, btw :P

nyx_h, that pen holder is super cool! What a lovely gift from your parter. It is a perfect match for your TWSBI Al 580, and any other silver coloured pen too.

Those are lovely pens....

Thank you so much!

It is such a delight to see your handwriting every time! It is really "you", and it is so great to see you can retrain your own style ;)

I'm kinda like that too to be honest.

I don't know why, I never really found the M805 demo a "must have", but your photo made me want one! :D

Thank you very much!

My everyday writing is still not too neat/special though, but when I post something online I try to slow down and pay more attention. We are all still learning :)

1670 Emerald of Chivor

Nobody uses Chivor better than you... this is lovely....

Vaibhav: Being sick for 2 weeks is no fun. I'm glad to hear that you are well now. I still have my Amethyst pen paired with the Amethyst ink too! They are such great matching that I don't know if I can separate them in the future...

Thank you for the warm welcome.... i agree with you that the both m205 amethyst and amethyst ink are inseparable.... i am wondering what will happen if the ink goes out of stock....

nyx_h, love the pen holder. It's a "go forth and wrought thy words" kind of thing.

Vaibhav, you got a thing for orange? :) Very nice Ondoro. EoC has a sample of Shigure but hasn't tried it yet. Looks interesting.

Everytime I see this pen it makes me think "Kakuno for adults"...

Lovely assortment today, as always! Hopefully, soon, I will have a new beauty to display... It's taking its time in US customs, so one can never be sure about how it will take to get to Indianapolis.

Parker 51 Demi Aerometric (green) and Parker 51 Vacumatic (black)

Earn both from a friend... 51 Demi was his mother's pen... 51 Vac was his father's pen... He gave me both, because he doesn't like fountain pens and he thinks that the pens will be in best shape in my hands (a great responsibility)...

I am really liking the Braham's Patent Pens Lawyer's Stub. This is the near perfect mating of flex and italic, if the nib were a bit broader, then I would never need another pen. The down side is that, largely due to its sharp, narrow nib it tends to pick up paper fibers. The occasional tiny bit of fiber combined with its flex makes it a little difficult to control. I am still getting the hang of it, but for now my letters are a bit blotchy. This nib is worth the effort.

I also received my PIFed Cult Pens mini FP in the mail today! I love this little guy. It's so practical and unassuming, yet smooth and easy to use. It may just be the perfect pocket pen. The 2B nib that it came with was too broad for everyday use (maybe it will work well as a highlighter nib), so I threw on the fine nib that came with my Kaweco Ice Sport. (The Sport, which I purchased after seeing it alongside the Cult Pens mini, has a 1.1 italic on it.) I have a newer model Kaweco squeeze converter on this pen...I am not sure if the converter is better or worse than just refilling cartridges with a syringe. Maybe I'll try my mini Monteverde converter and see if it fits well enough to use instead of the squeeze converter.

Pens: Braham's Patent Pens Lawyer's Stub, Cult Pens mini FP (by Kaweco), Kaweco Ice Sport (green)

Holder: e+m cork tipped mahogany

Ink: Walnut ink, Noodler's Heart of Darkness, Kaweco blue (which looks purple to me)

Paper: Apica CD15 notebook

Mauricio, I saw that gorgeous pen, and so wanted it, with your flex nib on it too, but alas M800 size is just too top heavy for my hand...

Beautiful!
