This one apologises for the low quality writing/photo/pen.

Clouds, I felt like some of these eyeball popping colours that day as summer is here and it makes me feel like bright, bright colours!! :)

Thank you! And what a fantastic array of colors! One is enough to make my day, but four!.. Amazing.

Thanks Eli, I am a colours lady. Inks, Pigments, Nail Polish, all to do with colours!

Oooooooh.... lovely pens and lovely inks... i specially love the Diamine Hope Pink ....

And yes i am big Fan....of your hand....

Thanks Mehandiratta, I love Hope Pink too! The first bit of the writing was a bit darker as the pen hadn't been used in a couple of weeks so the end bit of the wiring sample would be more typical colour for this ink. I also like Diamine Cerise and MB Pink too, but as far as the level of fluoro-brightness goes, they're no match for Hope Pink! ;)

I love that dark green ink! It's distinctly GREEN unlike Sailor Cigar, which I like too but Cigar changes colour on me as soon as I look away. :D If you are going to try Rome Burning, make sure you shake/mix the ink well otherwise you will get just a yellow ink! The purple bulletproof bit of the mixture sinks to the bottom, it's weird! It's a strange ink and I love it's super wetness. (Also pls feel free to PM me if you would like a vial or two of the stuff to try.)

Today no FP.

Today evenings quick in between sketch with a Uni-Pin Fine Line pen.

I took a photo and tried to make a comic version out of it.

I´m tempted to draw him really with Pencil, Charcoal or Sanguine.... we will see. ;)

Another wonderful rendition, Ptero. That expression on your Hulk's face is so menacing! When you use water media, what paper do you use for your work?

I've been playing around this week with this vintage FK nib. Stiff as a nail...but flexes!

Looks like you are having great fun with that pen! I'm like you, I can't help but match the colour of pen and ink. I have designated my 400NN Brown Tort as one of my Brown Inks Pens and it always gets fed brown (and sometimes orange) inks.

Coop, you made me giggle like a 4-year-old!! That was so unexpected, especially coming from the two business like pens you've got there. Loved it, thanks for the smile it brought to my face.

I have these inked and carry them to work every day!

Beautiful lineup!

Yes the plastic file is between the lens and the flash. I hold it in one hand and the camera in the other. Can be tricky sometimes, but it works.

As for the sketch...it might happen :D

That's interesting. I haven't experienced clogging so far.

Short replies:

Great pen & ink combinations there! And I agree! Stubs are FUN! :)

HILARIOUS! :lticaptd: :lticaptd: :lticaptd:

Oh yes! The Cigar is tricky indeed, but that's why we love it!

The Rome Burning is definitely interesting.

TWSBI stub has been featured here just a couple of days ago (no macro shots yet). And your nail sporting an anchor looks strangely familiar:

Probably the smoothest nail I ever had.

Hi everyone!

I've been lurking on this thread for months, but this post was so funny it made me laugh with tears in my eyes.

Purchases and swag from The San Francisco Pen Show this past August. I took a class with Michael Sull and bought two of his pen holders. Next on the right is a Sheaffer Crest in Cad Yellow, then a unknown Waterman with a flex nib. The pens to the left are the fabby dollar pens used in the San Francisco Pen Possie's famous ink stations. And a metal pen from china that was gifted me.

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

1. Might the unknown Waterman be a Taperite?

2. Is there a calligraphic reason for the ketchup?

Edit: Cool swag!
