That could kick off a new trend! Mounting dip nibs on all kinds of toys, keyrings, etc.

(Hilarity aside, that nib does seem to write beautifully.)

OMG! That is so... I don't have a word for it either!!

I love it.        to you for the beautiful flourish and handling of the awkwardly shaped (sorry Lord Vader) pen.

P.S. Yours is much classier than these.

I really enjoy little pens. This is one of the little pens I have inked up now.

How gorgeous!

Isn't it? I love these clipless short Swans, but well, I have only one, and black.

What a perfect pairing of ink and pen. Mmmm . . . simple pleasures and all that.

Ha, you jest. I only have user grade stuff: broken things, worn out things, poor nibs, inconsistent feeds, filling systems that don't really fill. Vintage pens, eh? :(

Just got this remarkable Ranga 4c from the group buy today. Warm and fuzzy it is, almost like a green teddy bear.

So dark and moody that you can hardly see the pen . . .

Stunning drawing!

@amberleadavis. I don't know how to describe this nib exactly.

fpn_1440494941__stubby.jpg

I think this ink is too wet. And the nib itself doesn't really suit my hand. I prefer a sharper italic if I am going broad. This nib is slightly wider than a Pilot 78G broad, but will flex quite easily out to twice the size.

Sorry for the slightly fuzzy picture. My camera, lighting and skills are rubbish.

Thanks fireofspring :). Your Amber Visconti is amazing. It was another one of those pens that I had to stop and think, how do they make that pattern?

Isn't it? I love these clipless short Swans, but well, I have only one, and black.

I prefer clipless pens too, as I never clip the pens on anything. They are in my leather pen case and if anything the clips get in the way of putting the pens in and out of it.

Could we please see your black Swan?

What a perfect pairing of ink and pen. Mmmm . . . simple pleasures and all that.

Thanks Tas, that ink is one of my old favourites.
