I would love to see some of the writing from others that took you up on this offer.

(I would never have thought to tweak a nib to add flex. Have you ever added flex to a Lamy? Do you think it can be done? They are smooth writers, I bet it would be a nice pen.)

Adding flex is a hit or miss. If metal of nib is annealed with flex or not. Only way to find out is to send to me to give it a whack.

Safari or Al-Star, same nib. I've bought a couple used so I know I have an extra nib. I know the nibs are incredibly short, but experimenting might be fun. If you'd like to try, send me a PM with an address.
