Just downloaded this, thank you for sharing this! It is very, very cool!! I only have the one pen now, but I am sure that will change!! I wish that I had one of those for my razor collection.

Wow! Thank you! from Morehead Kentucky I just imported my existing database from Excel, and this is a much better way of keeping the information up to date. This has worked out really great for me, Thanks a Million.

for some unseen reason I can not get this to download onto my computer?? I have PC and have no problems downloading any files in the past?

 

I have AutoCAD 2010, and other applications that I have had no issues with downloading?? really stumped here... was really pumped up to see what everyone else was raving about. I bet it is a nice application... any ideas what to do?

I thank Jonro very much for the database!! I have been using this software for about 3 years.

 

Recently I upgrade my computer and install Mac OS 10.6. Suddenly the database fails to start.

It should be just my unique case, but I just wonder if there's any way to avoid this glitch.

 

I am temporary using Windows XP by using bootcamp on my Mac.

 

I greatly appreciate your suggenstion.

Jonro or any other member, do you know of any source on the web which has a price list of pens? I started entering my collection of over 500 pens on Jon's database and since I am not the organised sort, I do not remember the price of each over the last 20 years! (not a bad thing!!). However, now that I have resolved to organise my pens it is irritating not to fill in the price. So, thus far (40 pens or so done), I have been searching the internet and using sort of a mean (sort of) of the prices I find. This process (looking up the price of each pen on the internet) is quite painful, so wondered if anyone knows of a 'mega-price-list-database' that would make this process easier....I am not looking for total precision...a roughish guide will suffice! Also any other Thoughts or suggestions appreciated. Rajesh

So, I had purchased Bento just a couple days ago which is sort of the Mac desktop consumer version of FileMaker. FileMaker of course is the big brother to Bento.

 

Any plans to make a Bento template similar to this tool?

Nope. Bento is much more limited than FileMaker. I would have to leave out too many features.
