Pelikan M320 Pearl Quick Review

This was a gift for my wife, and she loves it. The pen in question is the now discontinued Pelican M320 Pearl. In this review, I intend to provide a brief overview of the pen with some pictures.

The pen is quite small, but fits my wife's hand nicely. On occasions I have borrowed it from her, I found it OK but for people with largish hands, this pen might not be suitable for long writing sessions. I have read people say that it is a feminine pen, and I can see where they are coming from. The pen looks delicate and pretty, the pearlescent lustre is quite alluring.

But functionally, it is no different from a Souveran 400 or 600 even. The nib, the cap rings, the build quality is top of the class. If you are looking for a nice gift with a touch of class for your lady, you can't go wrong with this.

Beautiful pen.

I'm normally not into white pens, but that is pearl...a difference it would appear. The gold trim gives it a nice case of class.

Nice pen! I have the ruby red and it is definitely the runt in the flock. Thanks for sharing.

I gave the same pen to my wife as a Christmas present, and agree with both points! (...Although it arrived with the section separated from the barrel, which then had to be replaced, it seems that that can happen on rare occasions with any Souverän.)

The pearl has subtle warm ivory undertones that look very nice with the gold trim.

The pearl color is very nice and look gorgerous with the golden trims.

And you should be more than happy to have a wife that share your passion. My wife always complain about the growing of my pens collection. At least she doesn't against it, but also not very fond of it.
