One Week 'till Fahrney's Pen Show! Friday 6/12 ~ Saturday 6/13/2015

If you are in the greater DC area and like some of the Japanese brands like Sailor and Platinum, I have been advised that this show in particular will raise your nib

 

I unfortunately missed it travel-wise by a week, but I was able to get a couple of absolutely wonderful finds like the Sailor Pro Gear Sky KoP, as well as the new Realo with the ink window. Their head of sales (an Asian Gentleman - will post his info later) is one of the nicest people I met!

AND if you are NOT able to attend in person they will accept PHONE orders that honor the special sale prices that are ONLY available @ the store (NOT online.) I called prior to the sale last year to inquire & was fortunate to receive a larger discount on both a Pelikan Brown Tortoise & a Yard o Led. Because the sales representative was there I was able to receive a VERY nice discount for the YoL. They could NOT have been more accommodating & pleasant to me. I am envious of those living nearby to enjoy their store.
