Actually, all we need from the above post is the money and a letter telling us which response you desire. No pictures or descriptions are needed.

If anyone here is in serious need of help, and not dubious information provided by strangers, I offer in-person authentication services. There is no minimum # of items, but due to the strenuous and serious nature of authentication, and all the officialness it requires, I can only authenticate 5 items per day.

For your convenience, all authentications are done live, and in-person with me directly. We will meet at a convenient location, say Fiji, and I will go through each item with you to your satisfaction. All I request is 2 business class tickets to the location chosen, a hotel room not below the 10th floor, $250 per diem for food, a mobile phone with a disposable number, and two bags of pocorn.

You will receive a hand written, high-quality (suitable for framing) certificate of authenticity with my personal seal of approval. Not only does it carry significant weight in the universe, but you will be able to sleep easier knowing that your items are indeed authentic Montblanc products. In the event that any products are found to be fake, they will be destroyed through a process of incineration, mastication, and obliviation. There will be no traces that you ever purchased said item, therefore no need to feel bad about it.

You may contact me via pm to arrange payment.

Since the experts are all hereI have an item for consideration. I recently acquired this exquisite white cake stand from Mont Blanc home ware range. The white colour represents the white snow peaks of Mont Blanc. It s made with precious white porcelain.

It's marked model 112.

Is it authentic ?attachicon.gifimage.jpg

Definitely fake. The ones I saw from the mb boutique usually comes with a six-pointed-star shaped base instead of the round one in the photo. :)

Please destroy it and do not sell it on the classifieds here.

But was it the pre-MTV Made In China stamped in blue ink or the valuable 1988 with the red smear?
