Lamy Safari black & white about to be available

The Sky blue with red clip was a 2006 limited edition, and the white/black are the 2007 edition.

I think they have been available in Germany for over a month now.

 

I find the black one a little dull. The white one looks like an accessory for a nurse outfit, which I guess can be a turn-on for some

I wouldn't call it beautiful, but it's pretty funny.

 

Meanwhile, although these little things are available everywhere in town, I played smart and ordered mine on the bay (Germany). And now I'm having trouble with the seller and his bloody payment software.

Who knows when I'll see my pen?

I'll be pouting until Lamy releases a pink and a purple Safari with Black or Steel clip .

 

I really love the Light Blue a perfect match to Herbin Bleu Pervenche but I really can't stand the red clip.

 

I guess I need to learn how to swap Safari clips!

You might be able to dye the white one. Or maybe you can paint it with polycarbonate paint (it has acetone to bond the paint to the plastic). Safaris are cheap enough to experiment on. I'm sure you could come up with something cool.
