I just copied and pasted the above URL into my browser's address bar, and the HTTP request was redirected by the Imageshack server to https://imagizer.imageshack.com/a/img913/6935/4flOYm.jpg, which then retrieved this image:

@A Smug Dill I tried this first and I received an error.  Glad you had a better response.

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

Does the redirected URL in my reply above work for you, and allow you to retrieve the image independently in your web browser?

 

Twelve out of thirteen ImageShack URLs given in the OP's initial post successfully redirected to the actual images. The sixth URL ended up sending me to the ImageShack website's landing page.
