Prera Italic Nib Width?

Hi,

Anyone know the nib width of the Cursive Medium nib that comes on some Preras? And is that the width of the nib itself, or the line that it draws?

Thanks

Supposedly, this is the same nib as in the Plumix italic and the Pilot 78G "B" nib. I have examples of all three. There is a small amount of variation, nib to nib and depending on how wet the ink used is. These nibs tend to write on the dry side. With that understanding, my Pilot Prera <CM> nibs write a line about 0.7-0.75mm wide.

Hope this answers you question.

BTW, the BB nib (gold plated steel) that comes on some Pilot 78G's writes a line of about 1.0 mm, and it can be swapped with a Prera easily. The nibs and feeds are friction fit and pull out readily.
