Glad it all worked out. Heat setting a 51 feed is not that difficult, I'm mildly surprised they swapped it out.

 

Just what I was thinking.

Ravensmarch Pens & Books
It's mainly pens, just now....

Glad they sorted it for you and it's now working as it should. It does sound strange that they replaced the feed rather than just resetting it, but as long as there's a happy ending then that's the main thing. Enjoy your 51!
