Rhodia know their market well. I would imagine if they saw benefit in producing US sized paper they would do it. In a marketplace as saturated as paper products I can't imagine it would be in any way profitable. Especially given the tiny niche of people who would pick the $5 Rhodia over a $1 or less composition notebook.
