Nice review. Exactly the same colour as that which I see coming out on paper from my Pelikans. I too found it bit drier, at least drier than a few of the other 5 new FC inks.

For the #50shadesofbluechallenge (link to the hashtag on Instagram), a challenge over at the German PenExchange forum for July & August 2020, I inked up all my pens with all the 50+ blue inks I have. The snapshots might also be of interest to some here.

Cobalt Blue does have a considerable blurple tint to it; it wrote pretty dry in an otherwise wetter Platinum 3776 Tortoise Celluloid B.

Every time I see "cobalt", I'm reminded of a chemistry set I had as a child where experiments with cobalt always included a lovely blue color. (That's the extent of my memory - a lovely blue in a test tube - no idea what any of those experiments actually did. :rolleyes: )
