Strange Vacumatic Nib - Identification Help!

Hello all!

I recently found a rather mysterious Vacumatic. The date code is 1946, body is a long major and the nib is superflex. The nib is also bigger than others found on majors/long majors along with strange markings. I have included some pictures, I have asked a number of people and so far no one can solve the mystery. Yes, by Greg Minuskin, it had a wave in it when I got it.
