Can you recommend any loose paper sheets for fountain pens?

Muji Loose Leaf paper is a very nice, versatile and wallet friendly paper. Nibs tend to write a bit broader than how they would on a coated paper like Rhodia, but there is minimal bleed through, feathering, and some slight show through.

paperone 100 gsm comes in a variety of variants. It helps therefore to name the particular one tried.

And thanks for sharing your experience

I got my ream on PaperOne Premium 100 gsm paper. It is the one with the dark pink covering.

So far I have tried four inks on it using a Jinhao #6 medium point without any feathering or bleed-through.

Now I must order a Rhodia dotpad to compare the two.

edit: Feathering observed with DIamine Sapphire Blue (#6 Jowo Medium Nib).

Adit, muji loose papers can be a bit inconsistent. First time I tried it, it was good. Next time, I bought two 30 page packs at the same time, one was very good like the first time, and the other was quite the opposite- unacceptable levels of spreading and bleedthrough... see below- the bottom one is the bad batch. Given this, it’s hard to trust this paper.

I had a conversation with the people at Nightingale Stationery. In their own words "they do not make fountain pen friendly paper".

My opinion of PaperOne Premium has fallen drastically.

Only one side of the sheet is good for use, the other is highly absorbent. I will not buy it again.

Next up, Digio Excel Pro.
