Nib Repairers - Nibmeister In Mumbai

Was wondering if you guys have any leads on FP nib repairers in Mumbai.

 

I know Apsara and Shukla do it. But they never reveal the source. I would prefer meeting the person who is going to repair the nib,

Im from pune can they fix my lamy 2k nib, i dropped it and now medium nib writes as BB

I remember reading somewhere that all these shops give their pens to a particular man...he's pretty old now

I went through this topic and would like to know if there are any updated numbers as of September 2024 who can be contacted for fine tuning and repair of nib in mumbai or navi Mumbai. This post is old and hence requesting. Also by any chance if members have any past experience as to how much they charge etc would appreciate if they can share. Wishing you all the best

Nib tuning while you wait kind of service is non existent unless it’s a trivial issue. In that case take your pen to the fountain area to show to one of the many pen shops there. They will fix it. If you want nib work done you will have to visit the “pen shows” that happen at Mumbai and Pune. Else you can send in your pen by post. Look up Dr Sreekumar of Krishna inks at Palakkad. He’s an an expert with nibs. I have heard of one Mr Jaspreet Gill in Munbai as well. You will have to look him up.
