Parker Vs

Maybee someone can enlighten me regarding a Parker VS I just got in my hands.

The only imprint on the pen is the anchor logo of Danish C. Olsen. It is down on the barrel

Reg the nib, it is a PARKER, U.S.A, three dot 7. (3:d quarter 1947)

So, is this the normal way they manufactured this pen in Denmark? Are the different parts

all danish, or did they come to Denmark to be assembled there?

Still have to separate section and barrel to check the insides.

My pen buddy has a VS. Nice writer. They came right after the very

successful Vacumatic, of which many were made. Only a couple of

years passed until Parker introduced the model 51. The VS never

had a chance. My buddy says that they were manufactured in USA,

and many assembled in European country of sale. Sounds like you

have one done in Denmark. What color is yours ? There were some

sold only in Denmark.

My equation is

UNPOPULAR + 65 YEARS = RARE $$$

I think you have a very collectible Parker. Do have it restored, and write with joy.

Auf freiem Grund mit freiem Volke stehn.
Zum Augenblicke dürft ich sagen:
Verweile doch, du bist so schön !

Parker 41 don't obey this equation... An unpopular pen, but the prices never grow substantially...

Look at my horse, my horse is amazing!!!
