Pelikan Mechanical Pencil 350

Recommended Posts

Hello guys!

Maybe it was already discussed, but I was not able to find it...

Which mine size is used for Pelikan 350 mechanical pencil? Is it 1.18mm? Does anyone produce them these days? Will some more common size fit the pencil?

Thanks,

Mislav

Thank you lovemy51!

I was checking some Parker FP just before I start this topic...

So 1,2mm will fit the pencil. I believe I will much easier find 1.2 than 1.18.

Thanks!

Hi,

I'd opt for 1.18mm. 1.2mm does not exist. Kaweco relaunched 1.18mm mechanical pens. They do offer lead for it as well, but only one size. 1.18x30. I use it in my vintage CdA. It works well.

Just tried Faber-Castell 1mm (0.9), but they are too thin...

also I have problem with above sites... Jetpens shipping is more than 50USD, goldspots site does not have security certificate so I can not buy from it, Kaweco does not have shop here... :wallbash:

  • 2 weeks later...

Would Yard-o-Led pencil lead fit? These are 1.18 and available in H/HB/B

These are 'standard' from the same time period if memory is correct.

I found local guy who was selling box full of different mines, mostly 2mm for drafting pencils. Some were just empty boxes, some were used, some as new... plus I got one divider two pencils (one was broken no name mechanical pencil and other one was Faber-Castell drafting pencil) and some sealing wax. I wanted to buy only 1,18mm mines, but as he was selling all for $9 I took it all.
