I often mix Bril Black and Bril Red in the ratio 1:1 and have got a beautiful shade of brown. Never had issues with mixing inks.

Can we mix white board marker ink with fountain ink? Any idea?

Not a good idea. Totally different kinds of ink with totally different solvents and totally different dyes. You'd probably, at best, have an ink that didn't behave right and didn't look good on the page, at worst you could ruin your pen. I believe (don't quote me on this, I could be wrong) that marker pen inks are usually alcohol-based, which would eat plastic, and that residue left on a board after the solvent (alcohol) has dried will likely clog up your pen in short order. There are a VERY few dry - erase inks that I believe are FP safe, and they're both made by noodlers.

In short, it could work in theory, and I don't know what exactly those inks are composed of, but I wouldn't try it in my pens.

Here to help when I know, learn when I don't, and pass on the information to anyone I can :)
