Any Idea Of The Name And Value Of This Pen?

I was given the following pen by a friend few years back. Its a ball point pen and comes with a leather case. Has Mont Blanc Meisterstuck written on the rim and some sort of serial number on the top.

Any idea on the actual name and valuation will be very very much appreciated.

It's hard to tell for sure but it looks like one of the fakes worth maybe $2.50 or so.
