@ SNAK, David, those pens left me speechless!

Got crazy today and ordered two bottles of ink....I don't like waiting so I made sketch of them :lol:http://kephost.com/images/2015/05/21/542d8167a25ada62fbf1e48afc162403.jpg

Just awesome Attila!

I love it, the impression of glass is perfect on the Edelstein bottle.

(For me it's difficult to draw glass)

AAAndrew, Diderot, Amber, Keyless Works and Suji, I really appreciate your feedback. What you said make me feel warm inside. Thank you.

that´s a nice pen Snak, but I love your handwriting.

Great personal style as well as readable - Good job!!

OL, that means a lot to me, thank you.

A couple of weeks ago, I went to a party to celebrate someone's accomplishment, and for the occasion I wrote a card for the guest of honour (cream cotton correspondence card with Lie de The ink). When the gift and the card were handed to her she opened the card, and said "Oh that is really beautiful, thank you so much, ...but I am sorry I can't read it. Can you?" and she handed the card to her companion and he gave it a go but was very slow to follow each word and read them out loud. I realised then that my handwriting is difficult to read for other people!! :yikes: That's when I decided that I needed to do some work on my handwriting to make it neater, and more readable. Pretty ink colours and nice paper don't mean anything if others can't read what I wrote. I don't think I will want to change my hand because it's me, but more control and less wildness would go a long way I think. Oh and dotting the i's and crossing the t's properly. I will keep working at it.

Hey all, I've been too busy to post but keeping up and loving the awesome pens and inks, the fantastic writing, the insightful thoughts (Houston). Here's what I have inked today, shown a bit ago on a different thread:

I LOVE that pen. Where in your house do you keep it? (Heh heh...)

I could tell you, but our Boxer Sophie will get you before you get to the pen, and she will slobber all over you, and lick you to death, while thwacking your thighs repeatedly with her wagging tail.

Thanks Attila  .

Your drawing is amazing! I love the details on the bottles. What ink did you use?

Could you please do your inky magic with them and show us, when you get them in? I enjoy your Monday Matchups.

Heh - fun Little anecdote :)

I guess it´s just a matter of different preferences.

Some will find one persons handwriting legible, while others will study as a mixture of EKG-readings and kanji.

I understand your wish to modify your writing, but sincerely hope your current version is too deply rooted to be fully replaced by a spur of the moment...

It´s okay to develop an italic version for occasional writing, as long as you keep your original style for the "everyday stuff"

Have a nice weekend

Thank you so much! I love this ink!!!!

I enjoy your Monday Matchups.

I mainly do those for the GouletPens' Instagram giveaways. They have a pen+ink combo every Monday. It is pretty cool! Edited by attika89

Well, I can't possibly match the penmanship here, which is also a way of saying I didn't shoot any, but here's my pens today. I left four at home by mistake, so those may be tomorrow.

Left to right:

Parker 51 Kullock shell - loving this one, and I'm not convinced the nib is actually a Parker

Conway Stewart 76 - the evil forces here tempted me, and I now have a Herringbone. The nib came looking like Edward Scissorhands, so this was my first really detailed nib repair. It still cocks to the left about 10 degrees, but it actually writes pretty well.

Eversharp Skyline - I needed to have at least one. This one is really wet and delicate.

Morrison Roxy - I just got this today, and it's just about perfect. I put some talc on the sac and started using it. The feed is a little wet, but I'll work on that. Not bad - it came in a lot of four pens for $11 - and I have another Morrison 14K overlay pen in there as well.

Pelikan M205 italic nib
Noodler's Apache Sunset

Franklin-Christoph Model 27 Collegia 1.1 nib
Noodler's Antietam

For a 1.1 nib, the Collegia sure seems like a narrow line, especially compared to the Pelikan italic.

I love that orange Parker 51! Now I've bought myself a broad oblique Parker 51 nib, but I am in lack of a pen to put it in. I'm waiting for one in the post, only not one with that cool orange colour.

Attika89; you are a true fountain pen artist!
