Welcome back line. I love that ink swirl you get when you put the section in a glass of water or into the ultrasonic cleaner and slooooowly the old ink just oozes out and creates a cloudy haze of ink. :sm_cat:

I stopped by the Atlanta Show on my way from SC to TN yesterday in search of some vintage Montblancs with soft, broad nibs. It was a good show and a successful mission, but unfortunately I get and 'Uploading is not Allowed' message when I try to attach pictures. Can somebody tell me what I am doing wrong?

Could it be the file format? I think the Upload tab likes jpg and quite picky about it. Also have you checked your file name? Some systems don't like non standard characters or long filenames. Can't wait to see the result of your "successful mission", so I hope you figure out how to upload the photos.

Edited to add: This link may help?

I'm using an iPad as I don't travel with a laptop anymore. I can get images to upload to the site, but can only insert the url, which seems like a pain for people to view ... moving back and forth from the post, etc.

Near the 'Attach This File' box, the message says 'You can upload up to Uploading is not allowed of files

I'll keep working at it.

Oh sorry I can't help you with the iPad upload. I haven't managed to upload anything from my iPhone either. I am sure someone will come along with clever tricks.

Thanks Prvt. Toter :)

I´m not sure if this little thing inside me is already an artist.

But I try to get better.

I also love the creative artist within you. Let him out more often :D

Nice doodling Prvt. Toter, Snak

Yesterday I was in the mood to draw again.

I'm using this dip pen I rescued from an antique store. I sanded, stained and polished it.

00Photo, so that's how your little birdies are done! Amazing work as usual. The end of your pen holder is so pointy. Did you make it pointy like that, or was it like that when you rescued it? Do you use the pointy end for something in your calligraphy?

...

Is it just me, but this section of your doodle has a visual motion effect when i scroll up or down the screen (please pardon my cropping of the pic).

Wonderful.

Ptero, Dory is my favourite in that movie! Your pencil colour blending is amazing.

Is that a nib for a Parker 25?

RMN: If you had a pillowcase like that, I think it would keep you awake all night! I might like a cushion like this for my white couch, actually. Hmmmm ;)

perfaddict: Now that you mention, I see it too! The second diamond row from the right seems to vibrate (kind of) when I scroll the screen up and down! Of course I planned it to be like, that :eureka: (NOT).

After 30 years of loyal service, I finally sent this one to the pen spa to get it cleaned and pampered. Just got back on Saturday and on monday is back at my desk...

Oh, yes! That's what it is! I'm impressed by you recognizing the pen based on the nib and the feed! Thank you; now I know what Parker model my pen is :-)
