First time out this year...

Wow the nib actually has the "90" on it. That's a special one for sure.

Nice pen! I have the steel and gold one. Do you have the same design problem with yours? Mine with screwing and unscrewing the cap as I use it, The section also trends to unscrew from the body of the pen. The cap screws to the section and the section to the body... and both unscrew in the same direction. So eventually, I always get a loose part.

Your sketch shows the depth of field really nicely. I like your cross hatching. When I try hatching I either do too much, or not enough.

Thank you very much for your kind feedback. :)

I would like to see also something from you.

Please. :)

How can I say no. This is one "I prepared earlier" and I can never tell if the hatching is going to look artificial or too much or too little. I think it could use a bit more but then again I am afraid to add more in case I make it worse. Choices and decisions. It's tough.

 Funny Ptero.

That's the same brush pen I have. I am trialling the Pentel Pocket brush pen (the same one as yours) and the Pentel Brush Pen (it's longer and you can squeeze the barrel to get more ink). I like the squeezing type so I can control the ink flow easily, but the ink it came with is not waterproof so I need to use it up and replace with a waterproof ink.

I like the portability of Pocket brush pen, and the ink in its cartridge is waterproof which I appreciate.

I still need to play with them more and get used to them.

@Tringle - you are so kind.

That beauty has a price tag to match its good looks

Thanks, FOUR X FOUR. I try to tune out the price experience in order to enjoy the pen fully :)

SNAK, thanks for the welcome. And yeah, i'm already getting antsy for my next pen. Need to wait a bit, and actually get a converter for my Freemont and some decent ink.
