Pen: Pilot Elabo Red Resin (Soft Medium) - I call it Elabo rather than Falcon because I bought it in Japan and it was sold to me as an Elabo. I call my Black one Falcon because I bought it from a seller in US.

Ink: Pilot Blue Black

Paper: Tomoe River (white)

Beautiful ink!

@perfaddict - I am looking at the vermillion urushi version. Otherwise I am seriously penvious of your collection.

I really just can't get over how beautiful the Sheaffer Snorkel is. I broke the original needlepoint nib on it recently (I dropped it!) after discovering some of the tipping on the right tine was missing with a loupe.

First post in this thread and I have to apologize for my poor handwriting! Hopefully it will improve :) http://i1272.photobucket.com/albums/y388/katieb1978/2958265c-da11-49c3-a96d-95a24807f79d_zps4od8sbha.jpg

Got a Ceruti 1881 fountain pen from my dad the other day! It's a nice shiny metal pen with a nice big steel nib. I've been told these might be produced by Jinhao.
Feels great in hand and it is a really nice pen overall. But I've got brave and grinded the nib to a stub. I really like the result to be honest!

Thanks, tringle. I was torn between this and the vermillion version, actually.

It must be so nice to have it back and working again. Your dedication has paid off! I hope you will enjoy your Snorkel for many years to come.

That red hard rubber is nice and shiny. And you look like you are having good old fun with that wet noodle nib. What is the ink in it? I love the shading.

Christina, I believe we have same pen!

I needed to ink up a nice and girly pen to cheer me up this weekend. Sometimes when the season is changing and temp is dropping, I feel the need for extra boost of bright and cheerful things around me.
