Looks great.

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

Create a Ghostly Avatar and I'll send you a letter. Check out some Ink comparisons: The Great PPS Comparison

Don't know where to start?  Look at the Inky Topics O'day.  Then, see inks sorted by color: Blue Purple Brown Red Green Dark Green Orange Black Pinks Yellows Blue-Blacks Grey/Gray UVInks Turquoise/Teal MURKY

Ah, I thought the first one was Ebony Purple which has a yellow / green sheen.

My most recent restoration project. A late 40's early 50's Columbus 55, lever filler in copper and black striped celluloid. No writing sample....yet!

Then I remembered a German piston filler I have that looks remarkably similar in the same celluloid. Holy moly...

I just noticed my iPhone photo really is not that good. :)

I did this doodle while watching Lord of the Rings trilogy with my kids over the last weekend. The pen is my daily carry, it's always in my purse. But it annoyed me that I had to refill the cartridge so often while doing this doodle. I think I need to get a plastic version of this pen and do an eyedropper conversion of it, so I can keep it in my drawing kit.

Paper: Piccadilly drawing sketchbook (A4 size) - not recommended, some bleed through but no feathering

Cool doodle!! :)

I sing the praises of the 'lesser' pens. This little Burnham has become one of my favourite carries. The model number is (i think) 47.

Magnificent! Love the crisp, clean lines! Do you do that type of beautiful doodling in colors? I'd love to see them!

I do this too! Especially when I want to try out an ink but don't know what to write.

Tim - I need a correct Columbus nib, but that Waterman is a fantastic pen you have just posted. One of my favorite sized Waterman's with a really fun to use nib.

Here is a better picture to show off the colors of the Columbus 55
