Where To Buy A Cursive Italic Nib Finer Than Prera Cm?

Hello, I was wondering whether there exist cursive italic nibs finer than that of Prera CM? I know that some pen makers offer 0.6 mm italics, but I'm not really sure whether the nibs are finer or not. Is sending a pen for custom grinding a good option? Does anyone know about someone who grinds nibs to good fine coursive italic/stubs?

Pilot Plumix F and EF on Ebay. You can swap the nib with the Prera's (the feeds are slightly different because the Plumix takes a standard cartridge/converter, rather than Pilot's own, but the nibs slot on the same way). Or find a calligraphy set.

For custom grinding, John Sorowka (he is Oxonian on the FPN member list).

Don't set too much store comparing measurements across manufacturers. Pilot says its CM nib is 0.57mm, but it's nearly the same width as most 1.1mm nibs, which seem to be called that by convention.

Oh, and welcome to FPN! :)
