Sheaffer vintage on eBay, have no clue what model it is. Has a blind cap and a 14kt 79 lifetime nib. Snorkel? Touchdown? Some simple vac filler, maybe? Have no idea, Sheaffer really seems to mix and match features, body styles, and nibs. Would have been nice if the seller took a picture of the underside of the job, no matter I got gold for cheap and that's what counts :D

Just arrived are my Sailor 1911 Large and my Platinum #3776 from Engeika. Also got a 20 case box (really nice). I highly recommend Engeika. Got the parcel within 2 days from Japan and I live in Australia!

Just arrived: Jinhao 159 (intact, this time :D ), Parker 45 in burgundy with a steel M nib, Parker 45 in olive with a 14k EF nib.

On the way:

- Esterbrook 444 base

- Esterbrook 2550 nibs x2

- Esterbrook LJ Red with a 2048 flex nib

- Esterbrook Dip-Less with a 9788 flex nib

- some random desk pen that came bundled with the two above

- Esterbrook J Red with a 1550 nib

- Not strictly a pen, but I HOPE to use it as a hilarious pen holder--a Creepy Woody action figure, lol.

Heade my way (probably Monday or Tuesday delivery): the new Pelikan Amethyst, medium nib. Pondering the ink possibilities while I wait. :)

Ranga 4c, it'll be the first ebonite pen to join my collection. Can't wait. (And this is the second time I've fallen off the wagon since vowing in January not to buy any more pens this year... I think eight months of abstinence is pretty good going.)

I wasn't supposed to be getting anything else right now... but I accidentally slipped over and my hand hit the buy button.

Picture is from Cob - I hope he doesn't mind me using it here - and when he gets back from his holidays I am sure he will be delighted to regale us all with the adventure of getting this thing into working order (it was a bit of a trial as I understand it).

I think this should read "Then in a moment of clarity I ordered a Pelikan Raden Starlight". I'm insanely jealous. Congratulations!

I haven't paid yet (won the auction); but I think I prefer the Starlight over the other two Raden editions. I can't find anything else that I really like so I think that's going to be last major purchase for a while.. But then again, that's what they all say. I'm waiting for an invoice; probably going to get the pen with a BB nib.

Just ordered a dozen semi-flex dip nibs from Nanami Paper, along with a couple of holders, and three B-grade Tomoe River Seven Seas notebooks. Started to hoard when I read that they had run out of the perfect quality ones, and worried that they would permanently run out. Shipping was tough, but that's the only place to get really good TR notebooks as far as I know. Certainly none in the EU have them.
