So space and time are linked together. As we are looking across space, we are looking back in time. The further and further away those stars are the further back in time you are looking. Now you are seeing a star that is say six thousand years ago. Imagine somebody at that star looking at us They would be seeing us as we were six thousand years ago. Which of those two is now? - Alan Parsons Project The Time Machine - Temporalia (Paraphrased)

PS: I'm awaiting a very special Pelikan -- pictures when it arrives.

Has the pelikans arrived yet? 😊

I recently heard back from Jonathon Brooks (of The Carolina Pen Company) that my Sheaffer Legacy I was done, and I have to say that it couldn't have turned out better! I can't wait to receive this in the mail and see it in person. :D

The original metal barrel was pretty heavy and I wasn't crazy about the black lacquered body with the palladium and gold cap, this new serpentine cebloplast is much nicer in my opinion and better suits the metal cap.

Wow that is a great pen - unique and interesting. I have a custom pen by Jonathon. He dies good work 😊

I'm sure nobody here *ever* casually bid on a pen, just out of curiosity, and then forgot about it.

I appear to have a Mabie Todd Blackbird coming, for not too outrageous a price. :D

A Noodler's Charlie pen, in with a bottle of Noodler's Heart of Darkness.

"It's very nice, but frankly, when I signed that list for a P-51, what I had in mind was a fountain pen."

An Edward Todd Midget, to add to my collection of identical black ringtops.

And I'm sending out a couple to the shop - there's a flexy little Waterman New York nib that I pulled out of a cheap Remington. I'm going to see if it can be grafted onto a Waterman body. It could become a very exciting pen.

My Platinum 3776 Century Bourgogne Ultra Extra Fine arrived today!!! (I'm rather pleased to say I can grind needlepoints myself even finer than this one.) But it is GORGEOUS.

Just waiting on my Pilot Elite 95s EF in Deep Red, and I am done with buying pens for awhile. I keep saying this but I am in full on saving-mode for a custom Scriptorium, Edison, and Nakaya.

i couldn't decide on a nicer pen from japan ... sailor realo or pilot 743/823 ?

so i detoured and bought some inexpensive japanese pens from goulet

both of which get excellent reviews for their nibs

i bought a plain black cigar platinum balance fine and pilot metro medium

anyone know if i might be able to swap nibs with my chartres blue ?

That is quite a statement about grinding your own needlepoints. Will you post a comparison?

I'm still trying to figure out how to list all my pens down here.
