I was planning to be waiting fora Sailor or a TWSBI but strolling around the web I found Winsor & Newton Watercolour Markers so I ordered a bunch of them and some DalerRowney and Hahnemuhle sketchbooks. This could be fun

I have now also added a set of 36 Cretacolor Karmina colour pencils to my order. Still no fountain pen but lots of pens

Well, despite my efforts to divest myself of as many pens as possible I did have an incoming replacement Esterbrook J with an oblique nib. However, I am now in the 6th week of waiting so I am going to have to write this one off as another loss by the looks of it. Pity, but no longer annoying, just status quo.

Currently waiting on a Pilot Custom 74 in Black Smoke (M) from Classic Fountain Pens (aka Nibs.com). I also bought a Nakaya pen pouch and a Nakaya catalogue from them...so excited!

 

Also picked up a Sailor 1911 Standard in Ivory (M) on eBay for a great price. Here's hoping that both pens arrive with good nibs.
