I just bought my first vintage pen, it needs to restored but I might just keep it the way it is.

It is De La Rue Onoto pen, coming to me from across the pond.

Ordered a little Preppy 0.2 today along with a refill for my Pelikan 355

Oh! Yes! I'm gazing at the orange 580 AL and I happen to have two gift cards at the ready for Amazon. Mmmhmm. Soon.

That is a nice one too!
I have a tiny bit of the OCD thing, so I'd have a really hard time putting anything other than orange ink in it  That's why I went with the simpler one. Less headaches for me, more orange AL for the others

BTW, what Scriptorium model are you waiting for?

Seems to be a nice model! Renée has some great designs though.

I can't get the Naka-ai style Idyll out of my head...its pretty cool!

I often came close to pull the trigger on a Duofold, the first time was back in ... 1993!

I finally ordered a new Parker Duofold International with a medium italic nib from UK. I should receive it in a week or so.

Cheers,

Pierre

a Lamy Nexx from cult pens (picture from cult pens website) and a convertor

There is very little talk about the Nexx here. I think it is a much nicer pen than the Safari.

yeah I love the soft grip on the Nexx compared to the safari - very comfortable to hold for long maths/writing sessions

My latest purchase I'm waiting on, with great anticipation I might add, is an Osmiroid dip pen set with a half dozen gold nibs.

Not an expensive purchase by any means but nevertheless something I value.

Nakaya Writer in Kuro Tamenuri.

That is absolutely gorgeous! Sigh...way out of my price range though.

Still waiting for the pump pen to show up, but I ordered my Brass Wave Liliput in bold finally, and some vintage items: a Parker Duofold, an Esterbrook in dark blue, and an extra semi-flex Parker arrow nib. I also snagged some J. Herbin Stormy Grey ink. :D

I have ehard of the problems with these pens ordering system. Let us know how much you have to wait, please.
